Introduction to Physics and Solving Problems using Physics
This course is part of a three part series that explains introductory Physics for middle school and high school students who have yet to take a high school Physics course. It builds the foundation in Mechanics, Electricity and Magnetism, and Thermodynamics for students to advance to the problem solving for the Physics Olympiad, Physics Bowl, SAT II and AP Physics at a more advanced level. This course focuses on Mechanics.
The course follows the textbook Physics: Principles with Applications by Giancoli (6th Edition). This book is recommended by not required for the course.
